Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training sessions focused on private banking, financial planning, and wealth management
• Gain hands-on experience working with high-net-worth clients, developing personalized financial and investment strategies
• Assist in financial planning, estate planning, and investment analysis for clients under the supervision of senior advisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the bank's private banking division
• Apply wealth management strategies to help clients grow and protect their financial assets
• Continuously learn and apply industry best practices, trends, and financial regulations to client scenarios
• Demonstrate exceptional performance throughout the program to be eligible for a permanent position as a Private Advisor within the bank

Qualifications

• Completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7
• Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in: BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting or Economics
• Qualification completed at the following list of institutions: University of Pretoria
• University of the Witwatersrand
• University of Johannesburg
• Only Gauteng based candidates will be considered
